A few weeks back I made Rosemary infused Gin We only remembered to try it at the weekend and its lovely! We had it poured over lots of ice topped up with @fevertree_uk Sicilian Lemon tonic with an added sprig of Rosemary So refreshing, in fact so much so Im off in the garden with one in hand to enjoy the glorious evening sun All you need is: 70cl Gin, 1 lemon, bunch of Rosemary, 3tbsp sugar. Add three sprigs of Rosemary, the rind of the lemon, sugar and gin in to a large jar and leave to infuse in a cool dark place. Taste after 3 days, the longer you leave it the stronger the flavour will be. Shake every few days. I left mine for a week! When its ready strain and pour into sterilised bottles.
