Ingredients
- 2 Chicken thighs (if 2 people)
- 400gr Potato fries
- Half Lemon cut in quarters
- 1 Cucumber sliced
- 2 Tomatoes cut in quarters
- 1 Yogurt pot
- 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 Tsp Mustard
- 10gr Dill and Chives peeled and chopped
Spices
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp of Olive Oil
- 1 Tsp Dried Oregano
- 2 Tsp BBQ spice mix
Instructions
- Preheat the oven on 220°C
- In a bowl, put the chicken. Add 1 Tsp of BBQ spices, 1 Tbsp of olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix all together then place the chicken in a large oven pan (above the baking paper)
- Let it cook for 10 min in the oven. Meanwhile in a large bowl mix the potato fries with oregano, 1 Tbsp of olive oil, salt and pepper
- Take out the oven pan and add the potato fries then let it cook in the oven for about 30 min
- In a large bowl, put cucumber, tomatoes, mustard, 1Tsp of olive oil and half the quantity of chopped herbs (Dill and Chives) then add salt and pepper as taste
- In another small bowl, you prepare the ranch sauce. Mix the yogurt with the rest of the chopped herbs and mayonnaise together. Add some lemon juice, salt and pepper as taste
- When the chicken and potato fries are ready, serve them on a plate then add in the side the cucumber and tomato salad and lemon quarters.
