Chicken BBQ and ranch sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken thighs (if 2 people)
  • 400gr Potato fries
  • Half Lemon cut in quarters
  • 1 Cucumber sliced
  • 2 Tomatoes cut in quarters
  • 1 Yogurt pot
  • 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tsp Mustard
  • 10gr Dill and Chives peeled and chopped

Spices

  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp of Olive Oil
  • 1 Tsp Dried Oregano
  • 2 Tsp BBQ spice mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven on 220°C
  2. In a bowl, put the chicken. Add 1 Tsp of BBQ spices, 1 Tbsp of olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix all together then place the chicken in a large oven pan (above the baking paper)
  3. Let it cook for 10 min in the oven. Meanwhile in a large bowl mix the potato fries with oregano, 1 Tbsp of olive oil, salt and pepper
  4. Take out the oven pan and add the potato fries then let it cook in the oven for about 30 min
  5. In a large bowl, put cucumber, tomatoes, mustard, 1Tsp of olive oil and half the quantity of chopped herbs (Dill and Chives) then add salt and pepper as taste
  6. In another small bowl, you prepare the ranch sauce. Mix the yogurt with the rest of the chopped herbs and mayonnaise together. Add some lemon juice, salt and pepper as taste
  7. When the chicken and potato fries are ready, serve them on a plate then add in the side the cucumber and tomato salad and lemon quarters.
