Ingredients
- 1 small onion
- 1 large clove of garlic
- fresh dill to taste
- 3 Tbsp of freshly-squeezed lemon juice
- ½ tsp of salt
- 1 cucumber
- ⅓ cup g of cashews
- Boiled/steamed potatoes
Preparation
All you need to do is to blend the ingredients together. I suggest you throw them into the blender in the order I listed them (from top to bottom), to make sure that they blend properly. Once you’re done, you can pour the blend over your boiled/steamed potatoes and top it with more fresh, chopped dill if you so desire.
