Salad in a jar (vegan, gluten free, grain free)

A great way to pack your lunch, this is good for your pocket and the environment too!
Ingredients:
Mixed sprouts
Some canned beans, rinsed and drained
Cucumber, peeled if not organic, cut into small chunks
Any other veggies you like: grated carrots, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cold cooked beetroot, olives..the options are many!
Dressing:
Juice of half a lemon
2 tablespoons tahini paste
Himalayan salt to taste

Method:
Starting with the sprouts, layer the various ingredients in your jar until it is almost full
Add the dressing and close the lid, tip the bottle upside down to make sure it wont leak in your bag!
