These Weekly Menu recipes allow you to get out of that same ol’ recipe rut and try some delicious and easy dishes! This week I highly recommend making the Pizza Stuffed Potato Skins, Caprese Avocado Toast, and the Ice Cream Sandwich Torte!

Happy Sunday TKW Family! How are you all doing? We’re good; hanging in there. Just occupying our time with lots of things around the house.

 Weekly Menu - 3-29-20

Since Mr. Fantabulous a musician, he built a bajillion acoustic sound panels (it helps to soundproof a room) for the studio. The past few days we’ve been hanging them. And by “we” I’m mean he’s doing all the work and I’m handing him the tools.

New Pizza Series coming soon!

Unless you’re brand spanking new to my blog, you should know that pizza is my ALL TIME favorite food ever. I eat pizza in some fashion every single day.

Friday nights are pizza night – I think it was written in our vows.

Well… I have news! I’m the newest Brand Ambassador on the Authentic Pizza Oven team. I’m really, REALLY excited about this. I’ll be sharing more pizza recipes (like I do on my @thekitchenwhisperer.pizza Instagram account) along with all the techniques and tools you need to make authentic pizzeria pizza at home.

BUT if you don’t have an outdoor wood-fired pizza oven, no fear! I’ll still share how to make it in your home oven.

You will need at least 1 pizza stone though for your home oven. I can’t stress enough that THESE are THE BEST pizza stones EVER! I use 2 in my oven. Throughout my 30+ year of being a pizzaiola I’ve tried numerous ones. None have compared to the Emile Henry Pizza Stones. Seriously, they are THAT GOOD!

Support Local

As a Chef and Pizzaiola, my heart breaks for the businesses that had to shut down. Some, honestly, may not recover from this. Even shutting down for 2 days can honestly break a business for good.

With the grocery stores so low on practically everything, think about supporting local eateries by ordering takeout. Many are offering curbside/no-contact pickup.

Also considering purchasing a gift card now.

We all, more than ever, need to band together. That is what makes us a strong and true community.

Leave a comment on The Kitchen Whisperer

We all visit blogs looking for delicious items and inspiration. What I find (and you should as well) the MOST USEFUL thing is the comments that people leave. Honest feedback, good or bad but respectful please, on a recipe.

You can give suggestions on what you’d tweak or a spin you put on it. Heck or just tell me that you loved it! Like how to make vegan, keto or not use mushrooms.

This is how I grow and become better on here and it gives you guys real feedback. The absolute most critical thing you can do for me is to leave a comment on the blog recipe post.

When I look at someone else’s recipe I read the comments as to me, that’s honest feedback. So when you make a recipe of mine or plan on making it, leave a comment on the post. I, and everyone else that goes to my site, truly would appreciate it!
