A new set of norms enforced by the COVID-19 crisis has pushed businesses to think out of the box and reassess the way they work. This shows that critical thinking skills and an openness to unfamiliar experiences are ever so essential in this climate.

Adobe’s latest personality test aims to assess not your IQ or EQ, but “CQ” (creativity quotient) to help you discover the extent of creativity you employ in your leadership style and how much further you can exercise this strength so that your team grows along with you.

The 15-question Adobe CQ quiz was developed based on yearslong expertise by its authors, along with academic research reports conducted by leading management consultancies and academic institutions. The questions cover five prominent areas that Adobe believes determine business success: culture; skills; technology; data; experience.

“With the exponential growth of technology and automation, creativity has become a core driver and differentiator for businesses, teams and individuals,” the company acknowledges. “In the past, creative skills have been largely for designers, videographers and other visual or interactive creators and mediums. Today, we recognize that creativity is a human-centric skill that incorporates insight, collaboration and ideation.”
