Once a summer Buddha bowl


  • 200g Couscous
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 mango
  • 1 can Black Beans
  • And 1…. You know what forget it.. Xd


1..1…1..1.. Ok, that was rally funny in the ingredients list, but hey… Let’s be serious again and start with our basic step… The Couscous, which.. As you can guess… Has to be prepared according to the instructions on the package..

And while that does its job,… There isn’t really anything you could do, but spirallize the Zucchini and either carefully steam it in a pot of water for 2 minutes to 3. Or to use a professional Steamer and steam it for 4 minutes….

That’s your decision, but you know me I would always suggest the Streamer…

Anyways and once everything is ready, just set the Couscous and the Zucchini aside to cool down, while I officially allow you to now remove the skin of the Mango and slice it into cubes, just as you slice up the Cucumber and drain and the wash black beans…

Now assemble everything in a bowl and you can dig into your summer Buddha bowl!
