Vrat ke Jeera Aloo (Navratri Special)

Ingredients

  • 3 Boiled potatoes( mashed)
  • Sendha Namak
  • Red chilli
  • Jeera
  • Green chillies(chopped)
  • Ghee

Method

  • Put 3-4 tbsp ghee in the pan, add some jeera and let it crackle.
  • Now add the chopped green chillies.
  • Then add the mashed potatoes.
  • Sprinkle salt(sendha namak) and red chilli and mix well.
  • Now on medium flame, let the potatoes turn little crispy.
  • You can serve this vrat jeera aloo with curd or cucumber raita.
