Ingredients
- 3 Boiled potatoes( mashed)
- Sendha Namak
- Red chilli
- Jeera
- Green chillies(chopped)
- Ghee
Method
- Put 3-4 tbsp ghee in the pan, add some jeera and let it crackle.

- Now add the chopped green chillies.

- Then add the mashed potatoes.
- Sprinkle salt(sendha namak) and red chilli and mix well.

- Now on medium flame, let the potatoes turn little crispy.
- You can serve this vrat jeera aloo with curd or cucumber raita.
